With over 18 years experience in holistic wellness and a degree in cultural anthropology, Elisa’s focus is on teaching individuals how to build a toolbox of vitality to fit their unique needs. She believes that striving for whole health (body, mind, and soul) is a right and a responsibility, and one's realization of this leads to purpose, empowerment, energy and even more laughter. Whether you're trying to become pregnant, searching for ways to improve a chronic health issue, wanting to transition in years with quality and dignity, or you just wish to enhance your overall day-to-day life, each session is designed with superior therapies that have your unique needs in mind. Instead of programs that are driven by fear and are anything but pleasant to follow, Elisa's methods of revitalization are put into systems that are positive and enjoyable to incorporate into life. Elisa believes that her character comes from her roots. She grew up in a tight-nit family of seven sisters on the Mississippi River in Clinton, Iowa, where her family stills owns and operates their 35 year-old family wellness center. Elisa began working afternoons at the front desk when she was in 6th grades. Her experiences in human care have created the foundation for her desire to study holistic sciences and healing arts. She is a mom to 3 hilarious kids and is married to her high school love. As mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend and caregiver, Elisa takes great pride in providing the highest quality of therapeutic care with kindness and thoughtfulness, equally at home and in her business.
In her free time, Elisa enjoys just about anything that gets her and her family outside playing...hiking, biking, swimming, gardening and traveling. She returns home to Iowa as often as possible to visit her family. Elisa has made peace with the need to be present for so many hours a week in her kitchen. As someone who takes pleasure in feeding highly nutritious and delicious ethnic flavors from around the world to others, she may often be found cooking and dancing with giggling kids and her favorite tunes permeating the airwaves. If she could be doing anything right now she would be swimming in a watering hole somewhere off the beaten trail path or in a warm, salty sea.
